Packaging and Shipping

We ship out our items via courier.

Once packed and dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking instructions. The Courier will deliver your parcel between 3- 5 working days after dispatch.

Born Wild Toys aims to reduce unnecessary waste, but we would also like your fluffy toys to arrive in a good condition. We use recyclable packaging including recyclable plastic to protect our toys and sometimes bubble wrap will be used if we feel it is necessary. Please recycle all packaging.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship outside of South Africa. However, we can facilitate the collection of orders from our warehouse by your own courier service. Contact sarah@bornwildgifts.co.za to arrange.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the goods to us for a full refund (minus courier costs) within 14 days of purchase.

Returned items must be in new condition with their original tags in place.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item is no longer in new condition or is without their original tags

We will credit your account via EFT for items that have been returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. You will be contacted via email for your account details.
