We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the time taken for your super-sweet Baboon to arrive. An error triggered a review request to be sent one day after your order was collected by the Courier. As per our Shipping terms, once packed and dispatched, delivery should take place within 3-5 working days. Your order was delivered by the Courier within 3 working days, and 5 days after your original order.
